After what has felt like an eternity, events are finally coming back to the Lone Star State for 2022. While certain elements of concerts and sporting events will feel the same, there are some new post-COVID era guidelines that you’ll need to keep in mind. Here’s what you need to know.

When hosting an event, more often than not the host needs to secure portable restrooms for the guests to use. We’ve all had to use a portable toilet at some point in our lives, and I’m willing to bet that we all feel the same way about them – YUCK. If you want your event to be a cut above the rest, nix the porta-potties and rent luxury mobile restroom trailers.

Every outdoor event requires the provision of restrooms. When the event is large enough, this is usually a legal requirement. For private events, the underlying need – sanitation – is still the same. This, however, does not mean that you have to use standard portable toilets. Your event will be much more pleasant if you upgrade to restroom trailers instead.

Big events automatically equate to lots of people. For the last year this has been a bit of a memory, but now that the pandemic concerns are waning and group activities are coming into vogue again thanks to vaccinations being available and planning logistics is coming into play again. That means with any kind of day-long or multi-day operation, portable restrooms are going to be needed if the event is outdoors or in a smaller facility not scaled for large crowds.
